Peppermint Bark


  • 1 package white almond bark
  • 1 package milk almond bark
  • 1 drop doTERRA peppermint oil
  • 4-8 crushed candy canes


  1. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
  2. In double boiler heat chocolate almond bark until completely melted
  3. Add peppermint oil and mix well
  4. Carefully pour onto prepared cookie sheet and smooth it out
  5. Put it in the freezer
  6. Clean double boiler and add the white almond bark, heat until completely melted
  7. While the chocolate is melting put the candy canes into a zip  lock bag and crush
  8. Take the chocolate out of the freezer
  9. Add the melted white almond bark to the top of the frozen Chocolate and smooth it out
  10. Add the crushed candy canes
  11. Put back in the freezer for about 10 more minutes
  12. Take out and break up the chocolate

Makes a great gift or holiday treat.
