Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie

This delicious pumpkin pie is so yummy!!  I love crustless pies, you get to taste all that beautiful silky pumpkin along with the amazing essential oils and no brain fog since all the ingredients are clean and pure!


15 oz can pumpkin puree

13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk

¼ cup rolled oats

2 T ground flax seed

½ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 drop cinnamon doterra essential oil link:

2 drops clove doterra essential oil link:

2 drops ginger doterra essential oil link:

OR use the new baking spice that is only available in the holiday guide

1 egg

1 T vanilla extract (or 3 drops vanilla essential oil link:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Blend all ingredients together until smooth

Pour into 10 inch pie tin

Bake 30-40 minutes (it will be a little wiggly, let it cool and refrigerate at least 5 hours and it will set)

Serve with homemade whipped cream
