Cat Rousseau of 1 Good Vibration does an amazing job on the Sound Bowls during the entire class that I teach on each Chakra.
We begin the class with aromatherapy, pick the doTERRA Essential Oil that you would like to use. We have 2 for each Chakra.
We go through each Chakra during class.
We end with a beautiful Tea Cerenmony by Cat. She grows the herbs that are in the tea.
Come to class to enjoy all the benefits. There are many things that are not mentioned!
In January we will be teaching this class at Yavapai College on Monday nights! We are so honored and excited for this venture!
This will be such a fun class!

Come learn the basics fo using clean and Pure essential Oils!
I will have oils to pass around so that you can smell them, there will be products to purchase.
I will also show you how to make a roller bottle.
There will also be prizes to be won!

This will be an amazing event in Yarnell!!
Bring your yoga equipment and join us, we will have a few extra mats, if you have your own please bring it.
This class is a one of the kind, we are the first in Yavapai County to have this super amazing chakra class. Realign your chakras with some fun yoga pose, while listening to the amazing sound bowls played by Cat. Rest in savasana, and then finish the class with a cup of Chakra tea blended from herbs from Cats garden!
